Shipping requirements

(1) The outer packaging of the goods should be firm and strong, and there will be no loosening during loading and unloading;

(2) The contents should be fixed and cannot be shaken.

(4) Fragile products and precision valuables should be individually wrapped and strengthened, and protected with soft fillings;

(5) When the pallet is loaded, it should be smooth and stable, and cannot be tilted and stacked or supported by other means.

(6) Pallets of standard size should be used to load goods;

(7) It is strictly prohibited to place the goods directly on the ground or on other unstable objects;

(8) No object or sharp edge protrusion which may cause damage to the goods shall be placed on the pallet.

Packaging method: (1) Select the appropriate packaging materials and methods according to the different nature of the goods. For fragile products can be used in the way of wooden box with inner liner to prevent its broken and scattered; For precision valuables, paper boxes or wooden cases with shock-proof materials can be used to ensure safe arrival at the port of destination.

(2) For food goods that need to be refrigerated and fresh, a corrugated hard ice bucket can be used as a container and put ice cubes into it to ensure the freshness and safety of the food.

(3) For liquid products, metal containers with good pressure resistance can be held to facilitate storage and transportation and operators to take and put liquid products.

(4) For some special commodities, containerized equipment is used for packing operations to improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity.

(5) For the goods with rain and snow requirements, a layer of tarpaulin can be set outside to achieve the purpose of rain and snow prevention.

(6) For some products with special smell, a non-toxic and odorless outer film can be coated on the outside of the product to isolate the smell.

(7) The shape of some goods is more irregular or angular, easy to scratch the human body or clothing can be taken in the form of packaging to avoid damage to people or clothing and other personal items.
