  01 Prepare before filing

Before export, foreign traders should understand the relevant laws, regulations and other provisions of the export country or region on automobile products, to ensure that export products meet the relevant safety, environmental protection, energy saving and other fields of mandatory technical requirements - automobile technical regulations and product access management system (including management organs, processes, etc.)

 02 Send manifest information and make cargo declaration

The manifest carrier shall transmit the main data of the pre-allocated manifest to the Customs before completing the declaration formalities.

 03 Goods Declaration

According to the General Administration of Customs standard declaration requirements, provide packing list, invoice, contract electronic text, through the China international trade single window to the customs declaration, automobile export is applicable to the national customs clearance integration mode, enterprises can independently choose the export declaration place and exit port. (Pure electric vehicles do not require an export license)

 04 Goods arrived

When all the new energy vehicles have arrived at the customs supervision site, the operator of the relevant site shall submit the arrival report to the Customs in the form of electronic data. Upon receipt of the report, the Customs may go through the formalities of inspection or release of the goods and articles; At the same time, China's international trade single window will feed back relevant information.

If the customs declaration is placed at the port for inspection, the China International Trade Single window will inform the enterprise that the goods need to be inspected; After receiving the notice, the enterprise shall go through the inspection formalities with the customs inspection department at the port; The customs at the port shall arrange the inspection plan according to the application of the enterprise, carry out the inspection according to the inspection instructions, and enter the inspection results after the inspection is completed. If nothing abnormal is found, the vehicle will be released.

 05 Goods Release

There are two types of goods release: inspection and no inspection. If there is no inspection, the H2018 system completes the automatic release operation of the customs declaration according to the electronic arrival report. If there is inspection, the subsequent disposal method shall be determined according to the inspection results:

(1) Check normal

The inspection processing result is entered by the customs at the inspection place, and the H2018 system automatically completes the release operation.

(2) Check abnormal

The customs of the declaration place shall carry out the inspection and follow-up processing, and if it can be released, the customs of the declaration place shall enter the comprehensive disposal results to complete the release operation.

 06 Shipment export

After the customs completes the customs declaration and release, the enterprise shall go to the supervision place for the delivery of the goods with the customs electronic or paper release certificate.

 07 Customs Clearance

After the goods are shipped, the system automatically clears the customs declarations that meet the conditions.
